We’re genuinely flattered by the excitement, curiosity, and alarming number of people apparently ready to secure their own piece of Shepherd Mountain.

If you landed here looking for details on private summit lot leases we regret to inform you that Phase Three was our April Fools’ prank.

No summit lots are currently available.
No helipad is in development.
And the plunge pool remains, at this time, a visionary concept.

That said, we’re thankful you’re paying attention and that so many of you would apparently consider living on top of Shepherd Mountain. Honestly, that feels like a compliment.

We appreciate you following along with us, having a sense of humor, NOT GIVING THE JOKE AWAY, and being part of what makes Shepherd Mountain Bike Park such a fun community.

Now that the joke is out of the way, we look forward to bringing you the very real progress still ahead at Shepherd Mountain Bike Park.
